“We”, Capital Style Limousines Corp, and “You”, the client, agree to the following:

Booking – You must pay a non-refundable deposit for reservation equaling 35% of the total sum. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders or Cash. Vehicle will not be reserved until this signed contract has been received by Capital Style Limousines Corp. and payment arrangements have been made by 7 days to event date. This agreement can be faxed to (248) 841-1126 or submitted online. Please keep a copy for your records.  Note: Total sum is the total cost for service hours, and if any, additional costs .

Payment- You must pay total sum for services at pickup. Credit Cards: ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE.

 Cancellation– If you wish to cancel this reservation, need to send a cancellation letter signed by the person who originally made the reservation. The cancellation letter is to be faxed to our office at 248-841-1126 or submitted online. Once your cancellation is received a Capital  Style Limousines Corp. service reservations agent will contact you to confirm the cancellation. As long as the cancellation occurs within the time frame of 72 hours  there will be no further penalty to you except for the forfeiture of the initial deposit and any additional payments that were made. In the event that cancellation of your service occurs after the time specified above for the type of service you have reserved, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due. The balance will be charged to the credit card that was given at the time of placing the reservation You must give us at least 72 hours notice before the scheduled pick-up or you will be charged half the total sum, at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled pick-up or you will be charged 75% the total sum, at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled pick-up you will be charged full amount.                                                                                                                                                        

Failure to Show-up – If you fail to show up at designated and agreed location, you will be charged 100% of total sum. Chauffeur(s) is required to wait 15 minutes at designated location before reporting in a no-show client, in which you forfeit our services.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Inspection – You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle(s) interior for any damages, before pick-up and after drop-off.                                                      

Number of Passengers – You or your party may not exceed the passenger capacity in any vehicle(s)                                                                                     

Entering/Exiting – You or your party may only enter or leave the vehicle(s) while it is at a complete stop.                                                                              

Smoking – You or your party may not smoke within any vehicle(s)                                                                                                                                                  

Drugs/Alcohol– You or your party may not possess, sell, or consume illegal narcosis or drugs in or about the vehicle(s). A passenger must be at least 21 years of age in order to posses or consume alcoholic beverages.                                                                                                                                                                          

Damage/ Misuse- You accept financial responsibilities, for damages and misuse of vehicle(s), for yourself and your party. If any misuse or damage occurs to the vehicle(s) by you or your party, you must pay all damage fees for misuse or damages done. This includes, but not limited to audio/video, lighting, interior scuffs/burns, and exterior scratches/dents. Additionally, you are responsible for any stolen company property or equipment while you and your party are within the vehicle(s). Should any damages occur to our vehicle(s), you agree to immediately, upon notification, reimburse the damage costs, balance will be paid by cash, check, or credit card.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Disclaimer – We will not be responsible for any stolen or damaged items or belongings left behind by you or your party. We are not responsible for late arrivals caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, and incorrect pick-up and drop-off information. We are not responsible for any health injuries should they occur during service hours.                                                                                                                                                                          

Disorder– We reserve the right to terminate this agreement should you or your party act in a manner of disorderly conduct. It is up to the chauffeur(s) discretion to decide if you or your party is disorderly. In this event, the chauffeur will drop you and your party off at a safe location, or point of origin. Total sum is not refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Overtime-  All overtime is to be paid directly to the chauffeur in CASH on the day of service before the vehicle goes into overtime status. Overtime is charged in 1 hour increments.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Sub-Contract – We reserve the right to subcontract you and your party to any of our affiliate limousine companies. All your information will be transferred over to our affiliate limousine company.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    I, _______________________________________ (print name), have read Capital Style Limousine Rental Agreement and acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older.  I agree to comply and abide by the Rental Agreement (seen on page 2 of contract) and that the above information is correct.
